A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an junior administrator to join our successful and busy team. Your role will primarily involve working with the Group Vehicle Administrator in providing the necessary administration support to our Mercedes-Benz dealerships.
The successful applicant will have a flair for communication, outstanding administrative skills and will have the skill to organise and motivate others.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and managing group stock
- Order and specify new vehicles
- Internal and external dealer transfers
- Producing weekly and ad-hoc stock reports
- General vehicle admin duties
- Ensure that all procedures are being adhered to and implemented correctly.
In essence your duties will be interesting and varied. For the successful candidate this is a great opportunity to take their first step into employment and to build a future career in an office environment.
Your working hours will be: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
