Welcome to My Service, the new way to service your Mercedes-Benz in Boston, Lincoln, Grimsby and Hull. Created around you, our flexible options give you the choice of how you would like your servicing experience to be. Choose from:



The flexible choice for when you want to get on with your day.

With Drop&Go, simply drop your Mercedes-Benz off at any time between 8-10am, leave the keys with us and we will have it for you to collect at any time from 4.30pm until we close.



Fixed appointment times, reserved parking and a dedicated Service Team Manager come as standard.

With our Lounge option, you can make the most of our new and improved facilities whilst we work on your Mercedes-Benz, safe in the knowledge you’ll be back on the road as soon as possible. These facilities include:

With comfortable sofas, complimentary refreshments, newspapers, the latest magazines and TV, you can relax and catch up with your world in the Comfort Zone.

We understand that your work never stops so take advantage of our dedicated Business Zone complete with private workspaces, electric points and free WiFi.

Kids’ Zone
Our tailor-made Kids’ Zone with Xbox, train sets and comfy bean bags will keep even our smallest customers amused.



We know that you can’t always afford to be off the road when your own car needs attention.

With our Drive option, we keep you mobile by providing you with a Mercedes-Benz loan car whilst we work on yours. We can greet you at a time to suit you and get you on your way again in just a few minutes. We’ll have your car waiting for you when you return by 6pm.



It’s sometimes simply not convenient to bring your Mercedes-Benz into us.

That’s why we created the Collect option where a dedicated driver will collect your car from your home or work at a time to suit you and bring it into us on your behalf. After completing the work, your car will be delivered back to you.

Plus you can now book and pre-pay your service online (and enjoy a £10 discount for doing so).

Whichever My Service option you choose, you can be assured that your car will receive the full Mercedes-Benz treatment. So you can always expect:
A pre-service check
Before you appointment, we’ll carry out a pre-service check to diagnose any problems you may have noticed.
Complimentary Roadside Assistance
When your car receives its full service with us, you will benefit from complimentary breakdown and accident cover.* In the unlikely event your Mercedes-Benz breaks down at the roadside, we’ll arrange prompt assistance for you.
Mercedes-Benz trained technicians
Our technicians have the most up-to-date skills, and are specifically trained to work on Mercedes-Benz cars.
Free service measure updates
If Mercedes-Benz have introduced these on your car, we will know about them and implement them for you free of charge.
Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts
We use Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts, to ensure perfect fit first time, peace of mind, vehicle performance, safety and all with a two year European-wide warranty.
Mercedes-Benz Car Clean
We’ll give your Mercedes-Benz a thorough clean inside and out after its service. So you can be assured when you pick up your car it will be in an immaculate condition.
Up-to-date Mercedes-Benz service record
Having your car serviced by us means you will maintain your Mercedes-Benz service record. This may help improve your car’s value when you come to sell it or trade it in.

*Cars up to 4 years old are already covered. Servicing in line with manufacturer’s guidelines will ensure cover is maintained.
