Lexus in the lead of the Driver Power Satisfaction Ranking

Lexus centres received a high ‘satisfaction index’ score of 90.2%, which is a lot higher than the average scoring of 86.1%. This quarterly survey shows how content car owners are with their local Lexus dealership and focusses on an excellent service level.

The Driver Power study receives feedback from more than 12000 car owners and shows that customers are becoming more content with the after sales service they receive from their dealers, across all brands.
