Volkswagen Golf GTE Sport Concept

Volkswagen introduces the Volkswagen Golf GTE Sport Concept at Worthersee. Baring no resemblance to any current Golf models available, this concept gives us a glimpse of what we might expect future Golf models to look like.

Powered by a 1.6 TSI engine from the Polo R WRC, it produces a total of 299 hp and 400 Nm of torque and is combined with two electric motors - meaning the car can accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h in a mere 4.3 seconds as well as a 280 km/h top speed.
