During an Interim Service, we will:
- Check operation of horn
- Check operation of wipers and washers, check fluid level
- Check operation of lights
- Check operation of instruments
- Check condition of lamps front and rear
- Check battery ‘magic eye’
- Check coolant level & antifreeze strength
- Check condition of visible drive belts
- Check brake fluid level
- Check power assisted steering oil level
- Check saturation indicator on air filter (if fitted)
- Change engine oil and filter
- Check tyre condition, wear patterns and tread depths
- Check and correct tyre pressures
- Check brake system for leaks and damage
- Check thickness of front and rear brake pads/linings
- Check steering and suspension for wear and leaks
- Check drive shafts
- Check condition of exhaust system
- Reset service interval display
During a Full Service we will:
- Check operation of lights
- Check operation of horn
- Check operation of instruments
- Check airbags for visible damage
- Vehicle system test - read fault memories
- Grease front door check-strap and hinges
- Check operation of sunroof, grease guide rails
- Washers & wipers check operation & condition - top up fluid
- Check operation of tipper system change oil (LT if due)
- Lubricate trailer coupling
- Check tyre condition, wear patterns and tread depths
- Check and correct tyre pressures
- Check paint and bodywork for damage & corrosion
- Check expiry date on breakdown set
- Change engine oil and filter
- Engine and engine compartment check for leaks
- Check condition of visible drive belts
- Gearbox, final drive and rear axle check for leaks & damage
- Check manual gearbox oil level
- Change gearbox oil (LT if due)
- Check final drive oil level
- Change rear axle oil (LT if due)
- Check brake system for leaks and damage
- Check thickness of front and rear brake pads/linings
- Visual check of ABS sensor and cables
- Check for damage to underbody sealant and panels
- Visual check of supplementary rubber springs
- Check condition of exhaust system
- Check steering joints and boots for wear and damage

A There is no limit, we wish to ensure that all our customers have the opportunity to keep their vehicles 100% Volkswagen.
Q What have you left out?

Q What extras will I be charged for, what else will I be asked to pay for?
A Any additional work identified by us during the service will be separately quoted for and we will only carry it out if you authorise us to do so.
Q Can I bring my entire fleet in for this?
A Yes – all are welcome, especially fleets!
Q Is VAT included?
A All prices exclude VAT. This will enable you to compare our offer with the rest of the market.
Q Do I get a courtesy vehicle?
A Either a courtesy vehicle, alternative transport or other arrangements can be booked with us.
Q I have just bought my van… does this qualify?
A Yes, all our customers can benefit from ensuring their vehicles are 100% Volkswagen.
Q Will this affect my warranty?
A No.
Q Will it change the service schedule?
A Yes, the Interim and Full Service cover all the appropriate elements of Time & Distance service regime. Servicing would then be required annually or every 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
