I am writing to congratulate you on a superb dealership, I was treated with great respect when I first bought my new BMW, having just taken it in for its first service I was greeted in the car park by a gentleman who knew my name, he escorted me into the showroom and sat me down in the service department and asked if I would care for a coffee. I was then met by a very friendly but efficient lady called Natalie.
On collection of my car, the car was absolutely spotless, I asked Natalie to find me a salesman, which she did and introduced me to a guy called Scott to discuss my new BMW for next year.
On the way out we shook hands and he supplied me with brochures of the two cars I am interested in.
