I thought I would write to you to let you know my thoughts on two of your employees.
I have been using BMW Garages for some years and have had varying Customer Service experiences.
Upon using your dealership, firstly being met by your meet and greeter Mr Michael Hotchen, who was polite, helpful and courteous at every point, then being dealt with by Natalie Fixter extremely professionally, she was proactive and met my needs both expediently and with a cheerful polite manner.
I wish you to pass onto them my thanks for their help, this has made me return to your dealership for the work required on my BMW, and when I plan to change it next year I will be using your garage because of them.
It is most unusual to have this kind of Customer Service in this day and age and as an ex-director of a public sector company I do not send messages like this at all often.
