I am simply writing to express my thanks to all the staff involved and to BMW in assisting me in rectifying a fault with my car.
The overall service from the initial diagnostics to the conclusion of the repair was excellent and I would like to specially commend Natalie for her superb customer service. I was well looked after and kept informed with the progress of the repair whilst I waited.
