****I must write to place on record my appreciation of the service I have received from your staff.
On returning from holiday on Saturday 4 February I found that I had a ‘poorly’ car in that the remote would not work to open the doors.
I contacted your office on Monday morning and Ron diagnosed a flat battery. Within 30 minutes he came to my house, jumped the car and stated that it would be prudent for him to take it back with him to charge and check the battery. I was contacted later in the day by Jamie who informed me that all was well and that I could collect it this morning. I was even offered a lift.
I collected the car (freshly cleaned) this morning and it is running wonderfully (as normal). I could not expect such an efficient and courteous service by all involved but it shouldn’t surprise me as I have only ever received a 5 star reception in the past.
I appreciate that you pride yourselves in providing a first class service but I feel this was ‘beyond the call of duty’ and hope it can be recognised in some way.
