I haven’t received a questionnaire to date but I have to say that I was very satisfied with the way you finally sorted out the tyre noise problems on my car.
Following the work being carried out on the 31st January, including the fitting of new trim in the boot, it has been similar to driving a new car.
The ‘drumming’ has gone & overall road noise reduced considerably by the fitting of the new tyres & wheel alignment.
I think we are all happy with the outcome & I thank you for your consideration & help, also the Service guy who looked at, & dealt with the trim.
