Writing 'to commend the service and standards received'

I write to you as a former customer of your dealership to commend the service and standards received via Mercedes-Benz and in particular Nigel Johnson. It is with regret that I have recently exchanged my vehicle for a competitor vehicle after reaching the end of the contract period. During the course of my agreement I found the professional service offered by Nigel and the dealership to be exemplarily. Had it not been for the fact that I was changing brands I would have no hesitation in dealing directly with Nigel and the dealership.

Working within the service sector and in these difficult economic times I feel it is appropriate to commend people and companies that offer great service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend the dealership to any of my friends and colleagues. It was a pleasure to deal with Nigel from the first meeting through to the end of the agreement. Your competitors at Stratsone have a long way to go before they can meet the quality and standards you set and know that when I am next in a position to purchase a Mercedes-Benz I will be in contact with you.
