I just wanted to make a positive representation about the After care service I have received from Seat in Coventry over the years. I purchased my first Seat in 2006 and my second in 2012; both times I experienced some initial problems and the staff in Coventry were extremely helpful. My decision to buy another Seat was based on the quality of the car but more importantly the quality of after care service. I primarily dealt with James and Dan.

I would appreciate it if this positive representation was cascaded to the staff involved.
