I write having purchased an Audi A3 at your premises. The Audi was preowned, but in excellent condition, and the deal was finalised on 24/11/11.
The reason I want to contact you is the remaining impression of the excellence of your salesman, Allan Mustafa.
Allan was patient , considerate, informed, polite and put no pressure on us to complete the deal. When I came to close the purchase I felt as did my wife, that we had been excellently treated by Alan. The impression has persisted, hence my contact at this date 10 weeks after buying our Audi.
I cannot emphasise how happy we are about how we were looked after by your staff.
