I recently bought my car in for an MOT, and amongst other items, had a tyre replaced due to a puncture picked up the previous day. I wanted to let you know the service I received was first class, making what is normally something of a bind an enjoyable experience. From the call reminding me about the first MOT due on my car, through to the sourcing of a tyre at short notice I cannot fault the service I received.
Of particular note was the way in which I was greeted by Charlotte and the preliminary arrangements made, as well as the fantastic state in which I received the car at the end of the day, I believe Gary undertook the valet.
