I write this letter as a long time Honda customer to commend the attention, sensitive car and genuine after sales care and support given by Phil. It is my experience that when Phil says that no problem is too big or small for him to help with, he means it.
With his open and honest approach it is obvious that he is completely aware that he represents a marvellous product and an excellent company in Honda, and wishes that the customer is properly served and receives the best that Honda can provide.
Phil is a man in whom the customer can have complete confidence and trust. He is a great ambassador for Honda._
