Dear Sir,

I had my VW passat at Listers in Banbury today and wanted to give my feedback (forgot to fill in the hanger in the car).

I was previously a customer of Audi (not Listers Audi) - and the service I received today was refreshingly different. The facility was open in time, the gentleman, who took the car in, knew all the details that were previously agreed (change of service interval, etc.) and I was informed when the car was ready for collection. When I collected the car, I was talked through the work that was done, the bill fitted with the quote and the car was meticulously cleaned (in and outside).

I am really pleased that I changed to VW, if that is the standard of service that is provided.
