Dear Mr Trinder,
Further to my visit yesterday to have our Polo’s 20,000 mile service done I would like to commend you and your staff on a very refreshing experience.
From the moment I parked the car and was greeted by name before I even stepped in the showroom, to the efficient and friendly dealings with Natalie (my apologies if that’s incorrect) on the Service Desk, the whole experience was very agreeable.
Everything was explained to me, the necessary paperwork was already done when I arrived and when they found a couple of issues I was contacted and informed and given a choice before any work was carried out.
The courtesy car, a new shape Beetle, was very useful although I have to say I’m not that big a fan of the new shape. Having owned a 1971 version about 20 years ago, the new one lacks the same character unfortunately. Our current car is up for renewal in about 18 months and we hope to upgrade to a Golf at that point. Naturally we will be returning to yourselves to do this.
