All too often senior personnel only hear from less than satisfied customers, perhaps when service levels dip below those expected. So delighted am I with the level of service and courtesy extended to me by your Craig Adams (and the rest of the team), that I feel compelled to report my experience
Initially, I was looking for a Land Rover Discovery as a gift for my father. So pleased with the amount of time and attention Craig spent explaining all my options, I decided to bring forward the purchase of my own vehicle and ended up purchasing two vehicles simultaneously (Range Rover Sport and Land Rover Discovery). Both my father and I are delighted with the vehicles and any minor issues have been dealt with in a most professional and hassle free manner – a real credit to Listers.
