I am writing to you to thank you for your very efficient service on Saturday. My son Jonathan rang late on Friday evening and was asked to bring his Honda Civic in on the Saturday morning. I came with him and his dad and waited in the lounge area, therefore I could hear everything you said to Jonathan. I felt you dealt with him in a very pleasant manor and you have a very good knowledge of the mechanics of the car as well.
You are obviously a great asset to Honda and I would like to thank you for your help.
