*I received a call this morning from Mrs Evans who has recently purchased a spare wheel from you, she has requested that I pass her feedback onto you regarding the service she received.
She explained that Ben Harrison has provided her will excellent customer service; he explained the process of ordering the part fully to the customer and when she collected it this morning it was ready and he placed it in the well for her. She is very happy with the quality of service received and feels that Ben should receive some form of commendation for this. *
