You might be aware that my E-class has recently spent a lot of time at your garage because of the consequences of a Sat-Nav update which made things much worse.
I am writing to say that I am most impressed with the time and effort spent by the garage to try and resolve the matter. Everyone involved has been terrific and I have been kept informed at every stage. It is difficult to imagine a better service.
From the service department I should mention Andy and I think Chris has also been involved.
Lee has been an absolute star; his expertise is beyond question and he could not have been more helpful.

The car has just been returned to me, hopefully cured. Time will tell and I will report back when I have had time to assess it.
