My name is Mr Bavington, I have been a regular customer of yours for over 5 years.
During this time I have never been let down by you guys and you have always gone above and beyond on what I would expect.
Last week I bought a new car from you, a Golf GTI (which is absolutely superb by the way). The service that I have received has been first class yet again. I cannot speak highly enough of the people there, they are a credit to yourself, the company and the VW brand. The people that have helped me over the years and especially last week are:
Steve Arnold - Exceptional salesman, spent plenty of time with me and I felt he did his best for me, fantastic guy.
Simon Felsted - Explained all the financials in a very clear manner and never once treated me like the * that I can be sometimes. Again he is a really nice guy and always had time for me.
Natalie Cooper - Exceptional customer service skills, she has been fantastic in dealing with me for a while now.
Also I would like to mention Richard Quinn, Lauren Smith and Debbie Robinson. These people I have been in contact with directly but everyone deserves credit as they always have conducted themselves in a very professional manner and also with a big smile on their face.
I am very hard to please, I have walked out of dealerships before if they are too pushy, rude or just downright ignorant. I work in customer service myself and I expect high standards from my team but your guys just take that standard to the next level.
As you can gather I am very happy with yourselves and I can go on for hours on how great you are but I will stop there. If you need to ask me any questions then please contact me on * and I will be more than happy to speak to you. I will be dropping my car off on Wednesday morning (just a few problems with the head unit, nothing too serious) so I might see you then.
