I enquired at Avonvale Honda in Solihull:
Bobby Lally and the others were very helpful and took time to understand my needs. Not at all pushy and I felt I could easily go away and think about what I was told. I loved that Bobby was able to show me photographic evidence that he had acheived the miles per gallon claimed in the literature as I had always thought they could only be achieved in an articilar test bed.
He kept all the promises made to contact me or provide me with information.
This is my second experience of the same care taken by Honda Solihull - two different reps providing the same quality tells me it is not done to single members of staff. I am a great advocate now of the customer care offered by Honda Solihull.
