I felt it necessary to send you a note regarding the excellent service I received from your Service Team Listers VW Nuneaton,
I would especially like to thank Simon Fossey and his team.
Robert Bacon and the lovely girls, every one of them were so understanding and helpful as our car had been towed through Holland to Rotterdam Ferry port.
I had phoned my VW dealer in Germany.He told me it can’t be the oil pump but to get the oil pressure checked straight away. Another VW dealer (not Listers) told us on Saturday morning 9:15 to come back on Monday as they had only 7 mechanics and could not fit us in to check the car.
We had just got of the ferry from Rotterdam. We were also towing a trailer with our motorbike in it, so as you can imagine how scared we were to travel further without knowing if we had enough oil pressure.
This car is my 4th Golf which I bought new 1997 and it was my second new one so I have seen a few VW Garages over the years but I have never been treated so badly as with that other garage.
So thanks again Simon Fossey and team.
