I enquired at Listers Honda in Riverside, Northampton.
I had been looking at buying a new car in the spring however this decision was brought forward when my old car broke down again! I had been to a few other dealers within the area but found that they were not very helpful towards me and unable to even offer me a test drive in any vehicle that I was interested in.
The last place I called into was Honda, I had always liked the look of the Civic however, I had my father to think about with his ailing health whether he could get in and out of the car without any trouble.
From the moment myself, mother and father entered Honda and was greeted by Ted Gray our experience has been fantastic. Everyone in the dealership were and continue to be extremely friendly making us all feel at ease and like we knew each other personally. Having sat down with Ted and discussed my needs and thoughts he suggested a test drive there and then, although he was happy to let the 3 of us go out for a drive on our own when I started asking questions about the inside of the car he asked if I would like him to join us so he could talk me through different aspects of the car, which to me has been invaluable. Upon our return Ted went through every different options available to me giving me the decision to make, no pushy sales pitch at all just guidance. By the time we left the salesroom a few hours later I had bought a 2014 Honda Civic and couldn’t wait to get it!
I have been into the salesroom numerous times for paperwork signing and questions re transferring my private number plate onto my new car and each time have found everyone to be enthusiastic towards seeing and helping me, offering to take the stress and inconvenience of the DVLA paperwork out of my hands.
I picked up my car on the 28th January 2014 and I couldn’t be happier with it and receiving a phone call from Ted 24 hours later to see how things were going really impressed me.
On the back of my experience with Honda Riverside, Northampton my mother has just purchased a new Honda Jazz from the same dealership dealing with Ted Gray directly as well, which she picked up today and even though I there with mum, Barry Sharp was more than happy to discuss my questions about the Civic including offering for me to pop back down when I had had the car a month and he would get the lads in the back room to give it the once over, this was whilst Ted was out showing and explaining the gadgets of her car to mum.

I would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to attend Honda Riverside Northampton if they are looking to purchase a new or used Honda in the future.
Finally, I couldn’t be more impressed with the above people and my experience with Honda Northampton generally.
