Thank you for arranging that Glen Hook contact me.
I have spoken to him, and now responded to his e-mail.
I have agreed to liaise with him, regarding both help and advice on dealing with the insurers, hopefully leading to a fair and and agreeable conclusion, both for Listers and myself.
You should have received a copy of my e-mail to him by separate transmission.
May I take this final opportunity of thanking yourself, for all that you have done to help me deal with my claim.
