Thanks for your email. I got the car about 1pm today and so far everything is good, although I haven’t quite got the hang of some of the newer technology yet. I do want to respond fully regarding my experience with Listers but will probably do so in a few days time because I don’t have ready access to email at the moment and am reliant upon going to a friend’s house for access. Now that I have the car it will be much easier.
I’d just like to thank you personally for your outstanding help and support during the process of buying the car. I just can’t praise you enough. I just wish there were more organisations with people like you who really know what customer relations is all about. I’m certain you have an extremely busy job and deal with large organisations with big budgets for much of your business, but you still found time to treat me, a private individual buying one car, as an important customer and make me feel that my business was valued by you and your company. I can’t speak for the population as a whole but for me there is nothing more important when I’m dealing with an organisation. Right now I’m experiencing the opposite end of the spectrum over my phone and broadband. If I could score it on a scale of 1 to 10, you would be far above 10 and they’d be at least –20!
So thank you once again. I really do appreciate the extremely efficient, helpful and friendly way you have treated me. If the occasion arises again I won’t hesitate to come back to you with my business.
