I know that I wrote to you previously regarding your quality of service, but I must repeat myself. I wish to convey my sincere thanks to you and your dealership. I continue to be impressed with the quite exceptional service provided to me.
The process of ordering through to taking delivery of my new S Class last Sunday was equal to the quality of the car. As you know I have been involved with Mercedes Benz for over 40 years and you all push the boundary of excellence. I can’t praise Mark Rushen and David Allerton enough, together with the many other staff under your leadership, they all excel with the service provided.
It is also difficult to believe that Mercedes Benz keep improving on the best. My new car is quite sensational.
