Just a quick e-mail to say how pleased I have been with the service I have got from Listers over the past couple of weeks. Anne Brookes has gone out of her way to help when the repair of my car wasn’t so straightforward. She has been informative, reliable and trustworthy and I am really grateful for this. I imagine in some cases it can be a thankless task and you only normally get to know if things go wrong. I would consider the service that I received as “traditional” and what I would like to receive.
