On both occasions that I have visited recently my Golf was picked up from my home and had been cleaned before it was returned.
I am writing to ask you to pass on my thanks to all your staff involved. I bought my Golf as my “last” car, and it is the best I have owned.
All of the staff I have had contact with have been polite and helpful. I just wanted to be sure your staff are thanked properly for the extra effort they put in, and it is definitely noticed and appreciated.
