I would like to take this opportunity to convey my thanks to Mr Beeston my husband bought his Honda into the service department to have some warranty work to be completed I followed my husband to the garage to give him a lift home, unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my car with my mobile and handbag inside. Mr Beeston looked the number up for Green Flag and let me ring them. Mr Beeston was courteous, polite and couldn’t have been more helpful giving my husband a cup of tea and I had water. I did thank Mr Beeston once I was back in my car but would like it noted how efficient and kind he was and his customer care skills are exemplary, please will you let him know that I have emailed you to show my appreciation.
The mechanics also came out to try and get into my car to no avail, but please thank the guys for trying I was very grateful.
Your training with regard to customer care at Honda is a credit to you.
