Hello Im in awe of the customer service I have received from Jeremy Dodd, prior to, during and after purchasing my C63 AMG! I have purchased from many manufacturers and dealers during the years and was pleasantly surprised to finally deal with someone who treats you as a valued customer, even before meeting me at the showroom, Jeremy spent a lot of time handling all my queries, plenty of phone calls, video and out of focus pictures of the prospective purchase………a salesman yes, a photographer………………no LOL I wasn’t pressured into a purchase and respect that fact, I just knew I wanted that vehicle and as Jeremy told the truth prior to coming to Hull, I knew it would be mine! Jeremy collected me from Hull station yesterday and had prepared the car as a ‘surprise’ in the showroom complete with cover, to be revealed when I came in. And what a great way to show the car in all its glory, he knew I knew I would buy it, so I did. I felt I was treated as a special guest and the copious mugs of coffee and biscuits were much appreciated. Thank you. Peter Featherstone was also very professional attending to the finer details during the purchase and again I didn’t feel pressurised to purchase anything, other than more free coffee and biscuits!

All in all, I drove away in the pouring rain, for a 4 hour drive in a great car, with a smile on my face, not just because of the C63 growl, but I had met some nice people who valued customer service, consumed large quantities of very nice coffee and I did get the impression I was Royalty just for the day………
