Bing Bing and John Illingworth- 12th June 2015
Just a big thank you to all at Listers Toyota, for the high quality and high standard of care Bing and I receive from you and your staff. The care is shown by reception as soon as you step through the door and continues in whichever way you go, whether it’s pre-sales or after-sales.
All departments over the years have given us exemplary service and I have known many of the staff for so long, that they have become friends.
We would like to thank all the staff individually, as each one has cared for us and provided us with a high level of service, individual to our needs and in their own special way.
This letter is our way of showing appreciation for all at Lincoln Toyota and you must feel proud of them in the way they have given your business a real “family feel” to it and certainly made us feel part of that family.
On a personal note, I appreciate your kindness and welcome each time we speak. May I take this opportunity to thank John and Joe and the team in servicing, the lovely ladies on reception (Charlotte, Elaine and Jo), Paul and the other technicians, Adam and the valeting team, as they always do their best for me, Ken in finance and all the guys in sales, Lexus and Toyota.
We would like to make a special mention of Charles and Gary, who are really good friends and have looked after Bing and I in such a fantastic manner over the years. Charles and Gary have gone the extra mile for us and are both great.
Finally, Edward, who surpassed all expectations and was so caring and considerate when selling the Yaris and made sure everything was perfect. Edward even telephoned me when he was on holiday after I took delivery of a car, to make sure all was well and to see if I had any questions.
I bet there aren’t many garages that can top that!
