I want to write to you to thank you very much for the way in which my wife and I were received on Wednesday.
We received the utmost courtesy from everyone with whom we came into contact, and the manner in which the problem on my GS300h was handled was exemplary.
Do please extend our thanks to Thomas, Tom and also your receptionist who kept us supplied with refreshments so well.
