My car ( a Jaguar XJ) was involved in an accident and spent three weeks in your body shop at Droitwich.. The delay was not the fault of Listers but caused by the insurer. At all times I was kept informed , provided with courtesy cars and made to feel good about the experience. Not a nice experience for anyone so the marketing challenge was difficult. But I was treated as though I was an important customer and with great professionalism. Speedy responses to calls and queries .When something cropped up involving other departments there was no buck passing , the body shop dealt with the issue and “sorted me out”.
Lyndon the Body Shop manager was particularly impressive , Laura from Service was always on the ball. (sorry I have forgotten their surnames )
I am also very satisfied with the work carried out.
As a person who runs a business and has insight into customer experience etc .I am a critical customer . This was a good performance by the whole team -top marks.
