Thank you for the opportunity to comment on matters at Honda Northampton.
1. Our Honda Jazz Service. The branch works well with the Customer and the result is satisfaction to us and the Service Team.
2. Enquiry on the new Honda Jazz & HRV. We have dealt with ‘Ted’ who has been very good in enabling a drive and also has briefed us on your Finance matters. We also attended an Evening for the HRV, being unable to attend the Jazz occasion due to a prior commitment. Both were professionally handled. We are currently mulling over options and decisions will follow to Ted shortly. Summary – we feel that the process has been very good and we have been given time and attention by the company.
