I have to say that I was most impressed with the service your team gave me on my visit to your dealership.
The car had had the problem for 18 months or more and nobody had been able to resolve it.
I therefore came to you as the last resort as I perceived that you would be very expensive, I was wrong.
The chap who came out with me to experience the problem filled me with confidence and Richard Thompson who subsequently dealt with me was brilliant. The car was fixed the price was reasonable and the whole experience most impressive.
Richard even managed to get me to book the Corolla in for its annual service on the 14th March 2016. We also have a Yaris which will need a service next year and I fully intend to bring that to you as well.
Perhaps you would pass on my thanks to your team for a very professional approach to a customer.
