I felt I must write to you regarding my recent acquisition of a GLA.
My wife and I came to have a look at the GLA and while browsing was greeted in the car park by Andrew Pinkney. Andrew explained that he was not the Motability specialist, who was on holiday but nonetheless arranged for us to have a sit inside the car and also to have a test drive.
Naturally my wife and I were impressed by the car and were delighted when Andrew was ultimately given the job of seeing the sale through.
I feel we live in an age where product is declining in quality and service is often appalling and so it is a real pleasure to write to you regarding a member of your team who has the most charming personality and is clearly a true professional in his field of work. It didn’t matter to him that Motability wasn’t his area of expertise; all he wanted to do was give great service and make the Mercedes experience a real pleasure.
