I just wanted to ask if my sincere thanks could be passed on to Alan the service manager and Rich the technician who dealt with my concerns in such a quick and professional manner. Having purchased an approved used Honda from another franchise some distance away, I became concerned two days later that I may have a problem with the clutch on my new purchase. After contacting the supplying dealer, they suggested I contacted my local Honda dealers at Northampton. Within an hour of my call the car was in, health checked, fluids topped up FOC and a great deal of reassurance given following a multi point check. I was very impressed by Rich who was able to allay all my fears and concerns….and reassure me that the car I had purchased was indeed in excellent condition. Thank you Honda!!!!! be assured of my continuing custom.
