From the moment we went into Listers in late November with an initial enquiry for an Aygo the service we have received has been first class. Ed Goodland sourced us a potential car within the day and followed it through to delivery. The process was simple, smooth and uncomplicated. I felt no pressure to buy and there was no added pressure for ‘add-ons’ – just an explanation of the potential options both from Ed and Martin Scarboro.
We had an issue with leaking after delivery but the post sales and servicing/repair teams were excellent in getting it sorted (forgive me, I can’t recall the name of the service centre guy who helped me but he was extremely polite, professional and got the issue sorted)
It’s not just the sales/tech guys that are good – the ladies at reception are very pleasant and professional and you actually do feel like a valued customer.
All-in-all, so far the experience with Listers at Lincoln has been first class so please pass on my thanks and a Happy New Year to all.
