I came to your dealer in Lincoln yesterday evening without an appointment to ask about having a car under the Motability Scheme. We chatted to Ed who was very helpful considering we had turned up with no appointment.
We made an appointment to go back today and test drive a car. When we arrived today the staff were very welcoming and sat us down with a lovely cup of Coffee whilewe waited for Ed to get the car. This is my first car under the Scheme and my Husband and I didn’t know where to start.
Ed was very helpful, patient, and really put us at our ease, something a couple of other local Major dealers hadn’t seemed interested in doing. He took the time to explain the car and all the different functions. He made me feel it really mattered to him that I have the best car for my needs without being pushy. You are very lucky to have Ed working for you, he is exactly the right kind of person to be helping people with a Disability.
