I recently purchased a new C200 saloon from yourselves. After a few hiccups I was passed, I believe through Tom Holding, to the care of Andrew Pinkney to handle the sale and associated arrangements and administration.

I am aware that after a sale a survey is sent to a random group of customers to find out how they viewed the service they received from Listers. This has always been the case in my previous purchases from yourselves.

Disappointingly, on this occasion I was not one of those selected by your head office to submit such a survey. This is disappointing because I was keen to sing Andrew’s praises. In the absence of the formal survey, can I make you aware that, in both my opinion and my wife’s, Andrew could not have been more attentive, pro-active and effective than he was. I was entirely satisfied with every aspect of the way he conducted himself and how he looked after us.

Throughout his time as our appointed salesman, he kept us fully informed of every development and ensured that our purchase was a very pleasant and hassle-free occasion. Since then he has stayed in touch to ensure that things are continuing to run smoothly - which they are: we really enjoy our new car.

In summary, Andrew has been a credit to Listers and we are very happy customers. Thanks again.
