John has looked after my Toyota cars over many years and I have never been disappointed with the service I receive——he takes time to explain things and I loved the little’ health check’ video I received by email when I arrived home!!!
Edward sold me my present car a year ago and it was nice to see him again on Thursday. He is such a gentleman!
Also the very pleasant young lady on reception who is always willing to supply drinks.
I think you can safely say that I “was delighted with the experience”!!
The only problem was that I refused to take the car out of the garage this morning when I say the snow as I did not want it to get dirty- which meant that I had to do without a newspaper!
