Good afternoon,

I’d just like to thank you and the team at Listers Mercedes for the excellent service I received on Saturday. My car was in for an inspection following a coolant leak, which required a new water pump to solve the issue (and possibly a new thermostat housing yet, but time will tell).

I’d just like to pass on my thanks to the staff, from the ladies on the front desk to the technicians who left my car immaculately clean after working on it and even provided me with a bottle of top-up coolant should any air bleed out after I drove away. A special thanks must go to the Service Manager Angela for negotiating a discount with Mercedes on the cost of the replacement parts, and for organising me a courtesy car for the duration mine was in your care.

I’ve had many bad experiences with main dealers over the years of various brands of car ownership, and this couldn’t have been any further from that - so thank you very much.
