A minimum 12 months Assured Used Commercial Vehicle warranty
Many of our vehicles still have a manufacturer’s warranty, where this is not the case we will ensure a minimum 12 months Assured Used Commercial Vehicle warranty meaning that should your vehicle experience a failure under your warranty's terms and conditions, the full cost of replacement parts and labour will be covered. We also give you the option of a further year’s extended warranty for extra peace of mind.
12 months comprehensive breakdown and recovery assistance
Volkswagen emergency assistance gives you the reassurance of assistance and recovery services 24 hours a day (in the UK only) throughout your first year of ownership. This includes roadside assistance, home assistance, vehicle and accident recovery, replacement van, hotel accommodation or onward travel, secure storage and load continuation*.
*Provision of some services is at the absolute discretion of Volkswagen Roadside Assistance.
MOT Test cover
This invaluable cover means that any items needing repair or replacement as required by the MOT test will be carried out. *Please note this only applies to Assured vehicles over 2 years of age and is subject to the terms and conditions of the cover.
Multi-point check
Our technicians will perform a comprehensive check to ensure your vehicle is in perfect working condition.
Comprehensive preparation
If the multi-point check finds a fault, our fully trained technicians will resolve the issue and re-test to give you the kind of vehicle that more than matches your expectations.
Vehicle mileage check
Every Assured Used Volkswagen is checked to verify mileage history. Mileage information is obtained from a number of sources including the DVLA and you will be presented with a mileage check certificate to confirm that your vehicle has been the subject of a full search.
Vehicle validation check
Your Volkswagen Commercials Sales Executive will confirm that the following provenance checks have been carried out and verified:
- The vehicle's engine and chassis number match the DVLA records
- The date of first registration is correct
- The vehicle is free from outstanding finance charges
- The vehicle has not been stolen
- The vehicle has not been written off
- Whether the vehicle has had a number plate change.
Service history check
We know that evidence of regular servicing and maintenance is important to our customers. Your Listers Volkswagen Assured Vehicle Centre we will endeavour to provide you with a proper service history, where available.
