At an awards ceremony held at the Park Plaza in London, the Listers Group website was named Dealer Group Website of the Year 2010 and also won an award for Best Customer Service within the Dealer Group category.
In addition, the Listers Group website was also praised for making it clear on how customers can get in touch when interested in purchasing a car, and commended for its homepage design.
The group’s New Media Manager, Anthony Williams commented: “Since our relaunch of the website in March 2010, we’ve been working hard to make it as simple and quick as possible for our customers to find the information they’re looking for, and our excellent, friendly sales, service and customer service teams are always on hand to help.”
“While it’s nice to receive recognition for our teams’ efforts, our focus is always on the customer - not our awards cabinet - and it’s our intention to continuously innovate and find new, faster, clearer ways to help our customers that use our website.”
