The Museum of National Art in Barcelona was the setting for the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Retailer of the Year Awards as the brand celebrated a year in which it registered over 100,000 cars in the UK, a first in its history.
This wasn’t the only cause for celebration for the Listers Group who were nominated in 2 of the 5 categories. Although they narrowly missed out on the Retailer of the Year Award, Franchise Director Gary Kinnersley was delighted to be awarded with the coveted Customer Service Team of the Year trophy by Dancing on Ice presenter Christine Bleakley and Customer Service Managing Director Simon Oldfield.
The trophy was awarded for a number of factors, not least because of Listers Mercedes-Benz ability to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings. This coupled with their low (and quickly reconciled) level of customer complaints and the outstanding percentage of customers who would recommend the group to their friends and family led to Listers being the natural choice for the award.
