Volkswagen has announced that it will be introducing a series of range updates across the T-Roc, Polo and Arteon lineups, with a wider range trim levels and engines options now available to buyers.

The T-Roc is now available in entry-level S trim from £18,950, as well as the luxurious T-Roc SEL 2.0 TDI which is available to order for the first time. This represents the first diesel model in the car’s line-up and is priced at £28,345 RRP OTR.

With this stylish and sporty new model, the T-Roc sees Volkswagen enter a fresh market segment. Sitting beneath the extremely popular Tiguan SUV and above the forthcoming new T-Cross small SUV, the T-Roc represents a key element of Volkswagen’s ongoing SUV offensive.

Polo Beats

Going on sale in January, the all-new Polo is adding its entry-level 74bhp 1.0 TSI engine on SE and Beats trim models. The highlight of the new sixth generation Polo is a major increase in cabin and luggage space within larger external dimensions.

In addition, it will be debuting a new engine, sharper design, new ‘big car’ assistance systems, the application of a new generation of infotainment systems and the global debut of the second generation of Volkswagen’s Active Info Display. Prices start at £15,060 for the SE trim.

Completing its lineup, the Arteon is now offered with a 148bhp 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine. Featuring cylinder deactivation technology to help save fuel, the new five-door, five-seat Volkswagen combines sports car detailing with luxury motoring in a muscular, elegant design.

The Arteon brings more space, premium functionality and greater levels of autonomy than ever before, sitting above the globally successful Passat in the comprehensive Volkswagen range. Equipped with this new drivetrain option the cars, available in Elegance or R-Line trim, are priced from £31,005 RRP OTR.
