I would like to take this opportunity to write to you to pass on my thanks and gratitude for the first class service I have received from your dealership from the first point of purchase up until recently when my vehicle was taken back to the garage for some minor works, more often than not people are quick to write and complain but rarely bother to recognise good service.
The order was handled in a first class and professional manner by Lucie and she kept me fully informed by email and telephone on all stages of my order up to delivery where nothing was ever a problem, then recently my car required to go back to the garage for some minor repairs and again this was handled by Lucie again without any problems, arranging a mutual time/place for the vehicle collection, the loan vehicle and the return of my vehicle on completion of the works.
I work in a customer service environment and understand the pressures and demands that customers expect, but at all times Lucie has gone the extra mile and kept me well informed. The service I have received from Listers and your staff has proved I made the right decision.
I would without doubt recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a VW and will of course look to continue my relationship when my current vehicle comes due for changing.
Your staff are a credit to your company and with this type of commitment to first class customer satisfaction the dealership should go from strength to strength.
