I would like to thank Chris for addressing my issues so promptly and professionally. I would also like to thank you for addressing this quickly as well.
Chris picked up my car and brought a courtesy car on time and picked it up late evening and explained what the noise was. He also gave me a bunch of flowers from James which were the biggest bunch I have seen. I am pretty sure that I would have not got this service from other dealerships.
My previous email was written in anger but was quickly turned round by Listers ability to deal with the issues professionally, efficiently and courteously.
My last comment is to say that the dealings we have had with Listers have been exceptional, from sales through to managing any issues and are a testament to you all as individuals and your determination to provide excellent service to all customers.
